Delivery Service

PolyBrick uses trackable next working day delivery for all orders dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Delivery Charges

Orders over £120: FREE delivery
Orders under £120: £4.99 delivery charge

Delivery Areas

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We currently do not deliver to:

Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands and Islands
Isle of Wight
Channel Islands
Isle of Man
BFPO addresses

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on working days will usually be dispatched the same day.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery: Next working day after dispatch
Delivery Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
Delivery between 1-3 working days (approximate)

Tracking

All orders include tracking information sent via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your delivery progress using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Issues

If you're not available:

Delivery will be attempted to your specified address
If unsuccessful, a card will be left with redelivery instructions
Items may be left with neighbours or at a local depot

Damaged or Missing Items: Contact us immediately if items arrive damaged or if your delivery is missing. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
