You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at support@polybrick.co.uk before sending anything back - items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@polybrick.co.uk straight away so we can put it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.

EU Customers

If your order is being delivered to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without providing justification. The same conditions apply: items must be unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, get in touch at support@polybrick.co.uk.
